1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of home textile products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged during delivery
  • The product received is incorrect
  • The product packaging is tampered or defective

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Unboxing video or clear images must be provided as proof

We reserve the right to reject return requests that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Used or washed bedsheets
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products purchased during special offers or clearance sales
  • Customized or special order items

3. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • The product will be inspected
  • If approved, refund will be credited within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

Please note:

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
  • COD handling charges are non-refundable

4. Replacement Policy

In case of damaged or wrong product delivery:

SupremeHomeCollective will not be responsible for:

  • A replacement may be offered instead of a refund
  • Replacement will be shipped after verification

We offer a 7-day replacement/exchange policy. If approved, the replacement product will be delivered within 5–7 business days.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment only
  • Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not allowed
  • If cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed

6. Refund Delays

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account
  • Contact your payment provider
  • Wait for standard processing time
